How custom can you actually go?
From a modified catalog section to a machine that exists nowhere else — dip tanks, pallet rotators, filling systems, wire mesh and stainless conveyors have all come out of the shop.
Do I need finished drawings?
No. A photo, rough dimensions and a description of what the equipment has to do is enough to start. Engineering develops the drawings as part of the project.
Is custom always more expensive than standard?
Not when it’s scoped honestly. We use standard components wherever they fit and reserve fabrication for the parts that genuinely don’t exist — and we’ll tell you when a catalog item already solves it.
Can you build in stainless for washdown areas?
Yes. Stainless steel conveyors and washdown-appropriate construction are part of the standard fabrication vocabulary.
Who supports the equipment afterward?
We do. The same company that engineered and built it handles installation, spare parts and service.
