To be responsible for Project implementation and completion, the coordination of the installation needs to a project, ordering of material for projects, and the master project schedule.

General Job Duties
  • Follow all company procedures and policies.
  • Cooperate with all personnel so that a comfortable working relationship is maintained.
  • Be self-motivated and able to efficiently manage many different things happening at one time.

  • Maintain office equipment in good working condition.

  • Coordinate the work of installation and its productivity.
  • Apply updated knowledge on company products, basic designs and application parameters and pricing policies.

Handle and maintain the following:

  • Major project files.
  • Preparation of written proposals and proposal drawings on some major projects.
  • Approval of customer purchase orders and acknowledgments on projects.
  • Write and/or approve purchase orders for equipment and subcontractors on projects.
  • Approve supplier invoices on projects.
  • Approve invoices to customers on projects.
  • Approve supplier drawings when necessary.
  • Prepare and monitor schedules on progressive projects to see that target deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with customers when changes occur in price, equipment and schedule.
  • Prepare monthly job costing on progressive projects.
  • Oversee and handle all schedules (installation, fabrication, sub-contractors).
  • Handle all projects so that customer acceptance and final payment is obtained as scheduled.
  • Coordinate communication between vendors/customers/internal design team.
  • Develop quotes for repeat customer orders with supply base.
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical design aptitude.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
