Drawings, quantities, environments and lead times.
Do we need finished drawings?
No. A photo, a sketch and key dimensions are enough to start. Our designers produce the drawings as part of the project.
Will you build just one of something?
Yes. Single units are a specialty — from one fixture to one transfer car, built to your specification.
Can you build for washdown or food-grade use?
Yes. Our clients use custom builds in food-grade applications, with materials and finishes specified to the environment.
What about static-sensitive areas?
Yes — custom equipment for static-sensitive electronics environments is an established part of the work.
Is it tested before delivery?
Yes. Set-up and testing of every custom unit or system happens in our shop before it ships, so installation is assembly, not debugging.
Can you modify equipment we already own?
Usually. Shortening, widening, refinishing and re-working existing equipment is often the fastest, cheapest version of custom.
