Do you build overhead bag and rail systems?

Yes. Overhead rail with bag storage, sorting and delivery is the backbone of the work — designed around your building structure and your flow.

Can the equipment handle wet, heavy product?

That’s the design basis. Wet goods weigh far more than the same linen dry, and the rail, bags, conveyors and drives get specified for that load and that moisture.

Can rail be added to an existing plant?

Usually, yes. We survey the structure, design the supports and phase the installation around production — most plants can’t stop shipping for a project.

How do you approach uptime?

As a requirement, not a hope: maintenance access, wear-part stocking and a service plan sized to daily duty. A laundry has no spare day to recover in.

Do you handle the sorting controls?

Yes. Routing logic, scales and the controls that decide where each bag goes are part of the same scope as the rail and conveyors.
