Can you fix one bad transfer without a bigger project?
Yes — that’s a normal job. One engineered handoff, fabricated and installed in a planned window, is often the highest-return fix on the line.
Pop-up chain or pop-up roller — which one?
The load decides: chain strands for pallets and heavy unit loads, powered rollers for cartons and totes.
Our small cartons keep dropping into the gap. Fixable?
Usually. Gap geometry, dead plates, powered transfer rollers and guiding get redesigned around your smallest product.
Do transfers need their own controls?
The powered ones do — sensing, timing and permissives make or break a transfer, and we engineer them with the mechanical design.
Can you add a divert to an existing line?
Often, yes. Pushers, diverters and pop-ups can be worked into installed conveyor where frame, spacing and controls allow — we’ll confirm on a survey.
