Labels wear off decades before the equipment does. Our team identifies parts from photos, measurements and the equipment they came off of — and because we’ve worked on most manufacturers’ conveyor at one time or another, “I don’t know what this is” is a normal opening line for a parts call.

How do I identify a part with no nameplate?
Send photos and a few measurements — diameter, length, bore, mounting pattern. That’s usually enough for our team to identify it and quote a replacement.
Can you get parts for brands you didn’t sell?
Yes. We supply parts for most manufacturers’ conveyor, whether or not the system came from us.
What if the part is obsolete?
We reverse-engineer it and fabricate a replacement in-house — or engineer a modern substitute that fits the same envelope.
Can you install the part too?
Yes. Our service technicians can install what we supply, and it’s often the right call for drives, belts and anything safety-related.
The same part keeps failing. Now what?
