Can you handle full-length boards and mixed lengths?

Yes. Roller centers, transfers and guiding get designed around your real length range — the longest piece and the shortest cut-off both matter.

What do you do differently because of sawdust?

Component selection, sealing and mounting positions all change, and cleanout access gets designed in. The goal is a longer service interval in an environment that shortens everything.

Can you build extra-long or extra-wide sections?

Yes — that’s in-house fabrication. Special lengths, widths and frames are normal work for our shop when the catalog runs out.

Can the work be phased around production?

Usually, yes. Installs and modifications get scheduled into planned downtime, because a wood products plant rarely gets to stop for a project.

Do you service equipment we already have?

Yes. Repairs, rebuilds and modifications on existing lines are a normal part of the work, whoever installed them.
