Gravity Flex or Powered Flex?
Gravity skate-wheel and roller flex are simple, tough and inexpensive — right for cartons and totes moving with a slope or a push. Powered flexible conveyor drives product on the flat and up gentle grades, keeps spacing under control and takes the shoving out of long runs. Many docks run both.

Uses, limits, power and sizing.
What loads suit flexible conveyor?
Cartons, totes and packages with firm, flat bottoms are the sweet spot. Very heavy, very small or bag-style product usually wants a different answer — we’ll say so.
Gravity or powered — how do we pick?
Direction and control. Gravity works with slope or a push; powered flex moves product on the flat, holds spacing and suits longer runs.
How long can a flexible line get?
Sections connect to extend the run, within the model’s rating. We size the line to the trailer depth or path you actually work.
Is it really faster than hand unloading?
Floor-loaded trailers are where it shows up most — product flows continuously instead of being carried, and the crew stops walking the length of the trailer.
How much space does it need when idle?
Compressed, a flexible line stores against a wall in a fraction of its working length — that’s half the reason to buy it.
When should we buy fixed conveyor instead?
When the same path runs at high rate every day. At that point a permanent line is cheaper per carton, and we’ll tell you when you’ve crossed it.
