Loose tires, full assemblies, size ranges and overhead handling.

Can conveyors move loose tires without losing them?

Yes — with containment, guiding and drive styles chosen for round product. Inclines and declines are where the design earns its keep.

Do you handle full wheel assemblies?

Yes. Mounted tire-and-rim assemblies are heavier and less forgiving than loose tires, and the conveyor, transfers and delivery height get specified for that weight.

Can one line handle multiple tire sizes?

That’s the normal requirement. Guiding, spacing and controls get designed around your actual size range rather than a single reference product.

Do you do overhead handling for tires?

Yes. Overhead routing frees floor space and handles elevation changes cleanly — often the best answer between assembly and the warehouse.

Can you connect assembly to warehouse and shipping?

Yes. Accumulation, sortation and truck loading are part of the same scope, so the flow doesn’t end at the cell exit.
