The Four Jobs of a Pallet System
Carry, turn, feed and stage — a working system does all four without a forklift in the loop.
Carry
CDLR and drag chain runs move loaded pallets between processes — steady, predictable and indifferent to breaks and shift change.
Turn
Chain transfers and turntables change pallet direction in place, so the layout can use the floor instead of a forklift’s turning radius.
Feed
Pallet dispensers meter empties to palletizing one at a time; stackers collect them back into neat stacks — both are fabrication-shop staples of ours.
Stage
Accumulation and staging lanes hold finished pallets ahead of wrapping and shipping, so the dock pulls from a queue instead of chasing product.

Loads, rough pallets, phasing and controls.
What pallet weights can the systems handle?
CDLR and chain conveyor are specified to your actual loads — tell us the real range, including the heavy exceptions, and the frames and drives get sized to it.
Our pallets are in rough shape. Does that matter?
It matters a lot — bad bottom boards push the design from rollers toward drag chain. Bring us your worst pallets, not your best.
Can pallets change direction without a forklift?
Yes. Chain transfers and turntables handle right-angle moves and rotation in place.
Do you build pallet stackers and dispensers?
Yes — pallet stackers, dispensers and rotators are regular products of our fabrication shop.
Can a pallet system be added a section at a time?
That’s a sensible way to do it. Start where pallets wait longest — often staging ahead of wrapping or shipping — and extend from there.
How does the system talk to our palletizer and wrapper?
Through the controls scope — permissives, release signals and sequencing get engineered with the equipment on both ends.
