What makes a conveyor recycling-duty?
Heavier frames, drives and belting than the tonnage alone would suggest, wear parts designed to be replaced, and access built in. The material and the dust set the spec, not the speed.
Can you fix chronic jam points on an existing line?
Usually, yes. Most chronic jams trace to a transfer, a drive style or missing access — problems that can be re-engineered without replacing the line.
How do you handle abrasive material?
Wear liners, belting and component selections rated for grit, with replaceable parts at the highest-wear points so maintenance is a swap, not a rebuild.
Can you work around our processing schedule?
Yes. Installs and rebuilds get phased into the hours the line is already down, because the material doesn’t stop arriving.
